Brad is Of Counsel for real estate and real estate litigation matters.  For over 40 years he has focused his practice on the representation of title insurance companies, and their corporate and individual insureds in contested and uncontested litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Brad has extensive expertise in mechanic’s lien litigation, contested and uncontested title clearance issues, title insurance coverage disputes, boundary and access disputes.  In addition to his trial court experience, Brad has handled many appeals court cases including several reported cases that have been instrumental in the development of several areas of real estate law in Minnesota. He has served as an expert witness and mediator for complex real estate matters and enjoys representing clients in all parts of Minnesota.

After Hours

I love the arts; Minnesota Orchestra, Minnesota Opera.  A big Beethoven fan.
I try to stay fit: Tennis, Squash, Kayaking, Biking (I am a retired mountain bike racer).
My academic interests include: history, especially ancient Greece and Rome; philosophy, especially moral philosophy and philosophy of mind; and astronomy and cosmology (I am a long time member of the Minnesota Astronomical Society)
I play chess (badly for all of the time I’ve spent on it).
I paint and sculpt (great pandemic pursuits).
I like the outdoors, especially birdwatching.
