For over 40 years he has focused his practice on the representation of title insurance companies, and their corporate and individual insureds in contested and uncontested litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Brad has extensive expertise in mechanic’s lien litigation, contested and uncontested title clearance issues, title insurance coverage disputes, boundary and access disputes.
