With over 40 years of experience in acquisitions, development, leasing and sales representing owners, developers, purchasers, borrowers, sellers, landlords and tenants, Nancy has extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate and corporate practices. Her real estate abilities include drafting complex purchase agreements, all transactional closing documents, financing documents, reviewing title commitments, title documentation and surveys, preparing title and survey objection letters, identifying and reviewing due diligence items and assisting in closing commercial and residential transactions throughout the United States. Nancy has also drafted complex lease agreements, assignments and assumptions, and estoppel letters in connection with office, retail, industrial/warehouse, hotel, restaurant, residential, common interest community, cooperative, golf course and signage projects situated on stand-alone properties, out-parcel developments, shopping centers, mixed-use centers, strip malls, resorts, agricultural, municipal and government lands.

Nancy's corporate abilities include drafting and filing with the Secretary of State incorporation/organizational documents and dissolution documents, drafting bylaws, membership agreements, operating agreements, resolutions, minutes, consents, estoppel agreements, stock option agreements, subordination agreements, buy-sell agreements, and  documentation to effectuate mergers and dissolutions.
