The Mechanics Lien Toolkit was hosted by Minnesota CLE on September 16. This seminar provided an overview of mechanics liens, along with guidance on core topics and insights into advanced issues attorneys may face when representing claimants, owners and lenders.
In his session “Understanding Tenant Improvements” David Krco discussed topics such as property interests subject to liens, lienable improvements, pre-lien notices, and mechanic’s lien statements.
David’s practice focuses on real estate, construction, land use, and title matters, serving a diverse array of clients consisting of individuals to real estate developers and investors. He is a skilled problem solver and an adept litigator with extensive experience as lead counsel in all phases of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
