Thank you for adding my contact information. It's a great way for us to keep in touch.

I pride myself on making complicated legal issues approachable. I do my best to help my clients ask the right questions, often the ones they do not know to ask.

Elaine is an associate in the Business & Corporate Law, Private Wealth Planning and Real Estate practice groups. She focuses on the intersections of these areas and their deeply intertwined issues.

In her diverse experience, Elaine has clerked in civil and criminal court, exposing her to litigation issues that arise across her specified practice areas; practiced in secured transactions representing a number of banks assisting small businesses; and worked on corporate governance and reorganization, buy-sell agreements, intercompany administrative agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and a number of other related issues that arise in closely-held businesses. Elaine works with her clients to consider the long-term effects of each business and individual decision, including how to prepare their future estate.

Elaine has worked on a number of deals for closely-held businesses ranging from small and simple to larger, more complex business dealings. After Hours

I enjoy travel and diving deep into other cultural practices and traditions. I have studied at Oxford, taught fine arts in Italy, taught English in Costa Rica, worked in orphanages in Israel and Jordan, and the list goes on. As much as I have thought I was contributing to my destinations, each destination has, rather, contributed to who I am. I enjoy fitness and being outdoors, especially when it involves chasing my son and/or bonfires with my family. When I get time to myself, I am out with my friends either working out, reading philosophy, or enjoying good wine or beer.
