Allen D. Barnard is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups, as well as its Municipal Law & Land Development practice. He has over 40 years experience representing individuals, corporations and governments in land use law matters including eminent domain, environmental, zoning and redevelopment law matters. Allen also has handled a large number of civil litigation matters including corporate disputes, securities litigation, complex litigation and general litigation matters. He previously served as City Attorney and Housing and Redevelopment Attorney for the City of Golden Valley and continues to handle specialized land use matters for other governmental bodies.
