Best & Flanagan Strengthens Litigation and Business Law Teams

Matthew J. Gollinger joins Best & Flanagan as a partner with the Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups.

Matt has built his practice assisting clients in all aspects of litigation, in federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He has counseled clients in enormous, international disputes involving damages claims in excess of one billion dollars; simple, straightforward disagreements between business partners; and anything and everything in between. 

His nationwide litigation experience runs the gamut, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, financial services rows, first-party property insurance coverage/measurement litigation, reinsurance arbitration, multi-party construction disputes, and more.

Matt also lived in Munich, Germany in 2011 while he worked as a Munich Re secondee. He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and Tufts University.

Best & Flanagan is also pleased to announce the addition of Brian J. Linnerooth as an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate Law and Litigation practice groups. Brian has substantial experience as a Compliance Officer in the financial services industry.

Brian is a recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law and prior to law school earned a degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota.
