Bill Asp, a partner in the Private Wealth Planning practice group, participated on a probate panel at this year’s Probate & Trust Law Section Conference in St. Paul. The panel addresses not-so-common issues related to the administration of a decedent’s estate, such as will validity; administering probate vs. non-probate assets; handling creditor’s claims; adversarial beneficiaries; and opening and closing issues.
