Minnesota CLE will host the upcoming 2025 Probate and Trust Law Section Conference on June 16 and 17. This year’s conference features annual updates on new developments and trends in the field, and provides attendees with practical analysis and opportunities to learn useful tips and strategies.

On June 17, Jennifer Lammers will be participating as a member of the 2025 Large Estates Panel: The Election Is Over – What Do We Do Now? She will be joined by Jennifer A. Ede (Dorsey & Whitney), Lauren Winter Routhier (Stinson LLP) with Michael P. Sampson (Maslon LLP) as the moderator. This session will be included in the limited online replay scheduled for July 17-18.

Josh Hillger will co-present the session “How to Wind Up a Trust in Minnesota,” with Kelli Hill (The Parr McKnight Wealth Management Group). Together, they will discuss steps to terminate a trust and conclude the trust’s administration, including steps that might not be readily apparent. This session will also be held on June 17.
