Best & Flanagan is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys, Andrew J. Pratt and Craig A. Kepler, to its well-established commercial lending and real estate practice group.
Andy Pratt joins Best & Flanagan as a partner with the Real Estate and Municipal Law practice groups, with a special emphasis in public finance. With more than a decade of practice experience, Andy capably guides local government clients through complex economic development projects, financing transactions, and land use planning matters. Andy also represents businesses and institutions on all phases of the real estate process, and comes up with unique strategies and solutions to get each deal done.
Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Andy was a shareholder with Eckberg Lammers, P.C. He is recognized as an MSBA Certified Real Property Law Specialist, and was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2016-2018. Andy is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and the University of Denver.

Craig Kepler joins Best & Flanagan as a partner with the Real Estate practice group. His extensive transactional experience in real estate, public finance, and tax exempt organizations is enhanced by his great depth of experience in almost every phase of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing.
A passionate advocate for and seasoned advisor to Minnesota public charter schools, Craig has created numerous innovative structures for the acquisition, financing, and operation of their facilities. Craig actively serves our community on the Board of Directors of The Link. The Link, founded in 1991, supports youth and young families experiencing homelessness, provides positive alternative programs for juvenile justice, and acts as a safe harbor for sexually exploited youth. Craig lands with us from Ballard Spahr. He is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Law and the University of Michigan.
