Star Tribune Names Best & Flanagan a 2019 Top Workplace

Best & Flanagan has been selected as a 2019 Star Tribune National Standard Top Workplace. 

The Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces were selected from the results of an employee survey conducted by Energage, an independent company specializing in researching and measuring employee engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. This was an all-time record year for the most Minnesota employers completing the survey, with more than 2,000 employers participating and over 140,000 employees sharing their views. This year, they recognize 150 Top Workplaces and also list an additional 143 companies that met the Energage National Standard as a Top Workplace. Best & Flanagan is recognized as exceeding the national standard in one of the most competitive markets in the country for this program, making our recognition even more impressive.
