Karolina Brekken-Hoerl focuses her family law practice on prenuptial agreements; marital dissolutions; custody, support and parenting time issues; spousal maintenance; orders for protection; and step-parent adoptions. She works closely with our Private Wealth Planning practice group on fiduciary litigation and estate planning matters that intersect with family law. Karolina is a Rule 114 Qualified Mediator and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2015.

Jennifer Olson is a trial attorney focusing her practice on complex business and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in matters involving a diverse array of legal issues, including class actions, shareholder disputes, employment claims, contract disputes, business torts, and probate litigation. Jen also provides pro bono legal services with Advocates for Human Rights, representing clients with immigration and asylum needs. She was named a 2018 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2015.
