Best & Flanagan is seeking an associate attorney to join its thriving and dynamic Family Law practice group.
Candidates must be licensed in Minnesota and should have familiarity with dissolutions, adoptions, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, paternity, child support, spousal maintenance, and post-decree matters. Ideal candidates will have practiced family law for at least two years and will have significant family law experience. While not required, experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus. Judgment, intelligence, curiosity, creativity, accountability, and fit are more important than years of experience. We believe that smart people working as a team can advance the goals of our clients and our firm.
