Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in bands from 1 (highest) to 6, and being ranked in any band is a significant achievement.

Tim Sullivan is recognized in Minnesota as a Band 2 attorney for his Construction Law practice. Sources consider him “very strong on litigation of all types,” and he is noted in the market for his broad litigation practice representing commercial and industrial contractors, owners and subcontractors in high-value construction disputes.

For the second consecutive year, Katie Barrett Wiik is ranked as a Band 2 attorney for her Appellate Litigation practice in Minnesota. A Chambers source recognizes her as a “very talented appellate practitioner,” with vast experience acting as lead counsel in the state and federal appellate courts.
