As a result of client and peer interviews and recent case assessments, Timothy Sullivan and Mary Shearen have been assessed the highest possible rankings as individuals in the 2020 edition of Chambers USA and Chambers High Net Worth, respectively. Katherine “Katie” Barrett Wiik is also recognized as a Band 2 attorney for Appellate Litigation.

As a Band 1 attorney, the highest possible ranking, Tim Sullivan is recognized in Minnesota for his Construction Law practice where sources name him a “very bright” practitioner. In his broad litigation practice, Tim represents commercial and industrial contractors, owners and subcontractors in high-value construction disputes.
Mary Shearen is also ranked as a Band 1 attorney for her Private Wealth practice where she advises clients on estate planning, trust administration and wealth transfer matters, as well as probates. She is described as an "incredible estate planner" who provides "great client service."
Katie Barrett Wiik is ranked as a Band 2 attorney in Appellate Litigation, for her vast experience acting as lead counsel in the state and federal appellate courts. A Chambers source says, “She is so good in appellate cases and has high engagement with plaintiff work, a real niche in this market.” This year’s advancement from her 2019 Up-and-Coming attorney status recognizes the growing visibility of her appellate reputation.
