Josh Bobich counsels owner-managed businesses, both closely held and family-owned, on mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, succession planning, shareholder buyouts and a variety of other matters. He aims to fill the role of “trusted advisor” and to be his clients’ first call to discuss just about anything.  Josh grew up in a family business and understands, first hand, the unique challenges that face multi-generational organizations.

Josh is a member of the board of directors and executive committee of, and provides legal counsel to, the nonprofit First Tee - Minnesota, which seeks to improve the lives of young people by providing activities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
