Minnesota Justice Foundation Elects Ashleigh Leitch as Board of Directors Officer
Ashleigh Leitch was elected Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Justice Foundation in February 2018. MJF boasts a diverse board of directors bearing a broad range of personal, professional, and cultural perspectives that reflect the communities in which we live and work. Founded by law students, MJF strives to broaden the community’s access to justice by engaging law students in public interest and pro bono legal services. Volunteer law students are linked with opportunities to assist attorneys in meeting the legal needs of those who cannot afford representation.
Ashleigh has actively represented our community in her role as Director of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, pro bono volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Network, and Director of WomenWinning. She specializes in employment litigation and advice for companies, nonprofits, municipalities, and individuals. Ashleigh has handled cases involving non-compete, medical and parenting leaves, trade secret, wage and hour, and discrimination claims in state and federal court.
