Minnesota Guardianship and Conservatorship Law Handbook Authored, Edited, and Presented by Bob McLeod
The new, third edition of the Minnesota Guardianship and Conservatorship Law Handbook is now available from Minnesota CLE. Authored and edited by Best & Flanagan’s Bob McLeod, the Handbook has been fully updated to cover the 2020 legislative changes to Minnesota’s guardianship and conservatorship statues, and now includes an eFormbook containing more than 140 forms in use by the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
Using the Handbook, Bob presented a series of webcasts throughout the month of March to guide Minnesota practitioners through the new changes to the law. The series concludes this afternoon with “Your First Guardianship and/or Conservatorship Case Under the New Law,” where Bob will guide attorneys through their first guardianship and/or conservatorship under the new law, and provide a comprehensive overview and in-depth coverage of the most important aspects of the changes practitioners should be aware of.
Previous sessions from this series will be available on-demand through Minnesota CLE. The complete webcast includes:
- Bill of Particulars and Medical Records
- Pleadings and Orders Under the New Law
- Supported Decision-Making and Less-Restrictive Alternatives
- Powers and Duties Under the New Law
