& Flanagan's commercial real estate lending practice is one
of the fastest growing practice areas in the firm. The practice
has grown from a strong regional to a national practice.
The firm represents banks, insurance companies, mortgage bankers
and other institutional lenders in mortgage and commercial loan
transactions for industrial, warehouse, office and retail properties,
development loans, and permanent and construction loans, in transactions
throughout the country. We represent institutional lenders
in loan transactions for securitization and in the sale and purchase
of portfolios of commercial and residential loans and participation
arrangements and servicing rights to such loan portfolios.
We also represent lenders in servicing and collection issues and
in bankruptcy.
 Our
commercial real estate lending practice is not limited, however, to
lenders. Our practice is integrated with our real estate practice
representing investors, builders, developers, municipalities, commercial
