The historical basis of the firm’s business law practice,
and its main strength today, has been the ability of our lawyers
to develop and maintain close working relationships with our clients,
in collaboration with our clients’ accountants, bankers
and other advisors. Many of our clients have been referred to
us by
accountants, lawyers and other professionals, who value our collaborative,
relationship-driven approach to practicing law.
Each of the lawyers in the practice section has a strong foundation
in general business law concepts, which is supplemented by a specialization
in an area such as tax, securities, finance, intellectual property,
employment, employee benefits or bankruptcy. Our practice is balanced
between counseling our clients on their day-to-day concerns, and
advising them in significant transactions such as business formations
and dispositions, mergers and acquisitions, bank and bond financings,
and private and public stock offerings. Our lawyers are effective
counselors and advisors who possess the technical skills to handle
the most challenging transactions. |
