Judicial Selection as an at-large attorney member. The important
tasks of the Commission include soliciting judicial candidates,
evaluating applicants and recommending finalists for district
court and Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals vacancies.

Congratulations
to Daniel Kaplan
who was inducted into the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame
at Mounds Park Academy on September 22, 2002. Daniel was
part of MPA's first graduating class, and went on to major in
Political Science at the University of Massachusetts.
He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota
School of Law in 1993 and has been with Best & Flanagan
since 1997 in the Business
