We advise employers on a wide variety of accommodations required by state and federal law and identified as best practices. We guide our clients in establishing proactive policies and approaches that meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state disabilities laws, religious discrimination rules, requirements for parents and nursing mothers and rules for employees on work restrictions. We are strong advocates for clients charged with violating accommodation requirements, both in court and before federal and state employment agencies.
We make ourselves available to work with human resource staff to address the sometimes daily challenges pertaining to workplace accommodations, which almost always involve unique scenarios and specific circumstances.
