BUSINESS LAW ASSOCIATE
Established, dynamic mid-size Minneapolis law firm seeks a senior associate for its Business Law Section. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with a portable book of business and a thoughtful plan for growing it. Experience of at least 3-5 years required in general corporate work; experience in contracts, transactions, tax, securities, financing and/or employee benefit matters desired.
