William R. Asp is an associate in the firm’s Private Wealth Planning practice area. His practice includes probates, trusts, and estate planning for a wide range of clients including both individuals and families.
Bill provides pro bono estate planning services through Volunteer Lawyers Network. He has also served as a volunteer at the Tubman Family Alliance, advocating for victims of domestic violence, and at the Upper Midwest Pension Rights Project, providing education, counseling, and claims assistance to individuals with pension concerns.
Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Bill served as a law clerk for the Legislation Committee of the Probate & Trust section of the Minnesota Bar Association.
