Scott D. Eller

Attorney

Scott D. Eller is of counsel to the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice area. With more than 35 years of litigation experience, Scott primarily represents individuals in personal injury and insurance litigation. He provides successful, cost-effective representation and works closely with his clients to shape and achieve their goals. His personal injury litigation includes negotiation, arbitration, mediation and trial practice.

Scott balances his legal work with extensive community, civic and family involvement. He serves as President of a large youth soccer club, directed a teen program at an annual Latin American culture camp, and is active in international adoption organizations. He served as a member of the Board of Trustees at his religious institution and has served on site councils in the Minneapolis Public Schools for 13 years.
