Rebecca A. Chaffee

Attorney

Rebecca A. Chaffee is a member of the Family Law practice area. She works with and counsels parents, spouses, grandparents and other relatives to resolve their most difficult financial and personal issues. Rebecca’s approach is to help her client create a fair and dignified settlement. When settlement is not possible, she zealously and diligently advocates for her client through the litigation process.

She frequently works on complex financial issues, including business valuations, complex property divisions and non-marital tracing. Rebecca also drafts premarital and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements to create protection for the assets and income of individuals. She is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
