Patrick B. Hennessy

Patrick B. Hennessy is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights practice areas. He focuses on bankruptcy litigation and transactions and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Patrick serves a wide array of clients including bankruptcy trustees, banks and other lenders, landlords, tenants, other business entities and individuals.

With over 35 years of experience, Patrick offers clients experience with litigation involving trustee avoidance actions, including preferences and fraudulent conveyances. He also frequently assists clients with purchase or sale of assets and lease issues in bankruptcy, claim litigation and other bankruptcy litigation and motions.

Patrick also has substantial experience with commercial loan and lease collection and work out, including litigation, liquidation of collateral, foreclosure, receiverships and asset discovery litigation.

Patrick provides pro bono services through Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services.
