Morris E. Knopf represents state agencies and political subdivisions, investment banking institutions, lenders, non-profit organizations, and Native American tribes or financial institutions lending to tribes. He assists clients in the arrangement and completion of financing transactions to raise capital to meet public improvement needs or charitable, non-profit needs such as low and moderate income housing, healthcare facilities, private activity bonds, private college facilities, senior housing or assisted living facilities, and Native American governmental facilities and casinos. In addition, Morris has been representing Native American tribes in new financing projects or in restructuring existing financings.
