Marinus W. Van Putten is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Law practice area. His practice focuses on title examinations, title clearances, torrens proceedings and foreclosures. He primarily serves governmental agencies and mortgage companies.
With more than 40 years of experience in his field, Reno offers clients a wealth of experience that allows him to accomplish matters quickly and competently. He regularly examines more than 400 real estate titles each year.
Reno volunteers at the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations and has provided pro bono services to a group seeking answers regarding foreclosures and landlord/tenant matters and helping clear title to real estate. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law & Politics numerous times and in his free time, Reno enjoys church activities, golf and hockey.
