Margaret joined Best & Flanagan LLP in 2007 as a Senior Paralegal of the Business Law Section. She has 30 years of legal experience working with large Downtown Minneapolis law firms. Margaret specializes in the mergers and acquisitions area and assists our clients and lawyers beginning with the early stages of the due diligence process through all closing and post-closing matters.
