Kim JoDene Donat is a private wealth planning and a government and land development attorney with a solid background in real estate acquisition, development and financing. She is proud to represent the City of Golden Valley as the assistant City Attorney, working on a wide variety of municipal and land use matters.  In addition, Kim works with our Private Wealth Planning group, assisting with planning and wealth transfer for clients with significant real estate holdings.

Kim has been named a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics since 2008.
