Justin P. Short is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Justin’s practice focuses on construction, real estate, commercial, shareholder, banking and general liability litigation. He has represented numerous homeowners’ associations, commercial landowners, developers and contractors on construction defect and other litigation matters. Justin is also a frequent speaker on construction litigation involving multi-family housing and large commercial projects.
Prior to practicing law in Minnesota, Justin was the Vice-President of a San Diego, California construction defect litigation consulting firm. He worked extensively on construction defect lawsuits, assisting numerous multi-national insurance carriers on ways to attain more timely and cost-effective litigation results. As an attorney, Justin continues to implement these methods to achieve optimal results for his clients.
