Joseph is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Business Law practice areas where he focuses in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights litigation.
Before joining Best & Flanagan LLP as an associate, Joe worked as a summer associate with the Firm. While in law school, he was a research assistant to President and Dean Eric S. Janus, where he researched complex constitutional issues. Joe also participated in the Legal Assistant to Minnesota Prisoners Clinic, where he represented pro bono clients on family and administrative law matters, and he volunteered through the Minnesota Justice Foundation.
