Jennifer L. Olson


Jennifer Olson is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex business and commercial litigation. She represents companies and individuals in business lawsuits nationwide.  Jennifer has represented clients in matters involving a diverse array of legal issues, including class action defense, shareholder disputes, employment, contract and probate.

Jennifer also provides pro bono legal services with Advocates for Human Rights, representing clients in immigration and asylum matters.

In 2015 and 2016 Jennifer was recognized as a Minnesota Rising Star.

Representative Experience:

  • Successfully defended employment discrimination claim in a four-day bench trial
  • Tried three-day bench trial on behalf of a business owner involved in a shareholder dispute
  • Arbitrated multi-million dollar commercial contract disputes on behalf of minority shareholders
  • Successfully briefed and argued negligence claims, winning summary judgment order that was affirmed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals
