Libby Davydov is an associate at Best & Flanagan, practicing in the areas of business law and labor and employment law. She represents individuals, closely-held businesses, nonprofit organizations and Native American clients in a broad range of industries.
Libby provides business law advice to clients related to entity structure and governance, contracting and tax and regulatory compliance. As a member of the Labor and Employment group, Libby addresses client needs related to benefits and healthcare including issues related to ERISA, HIPAA and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Prior to getting her law degree Libby worked for a leading developer of healthcare software where she managed the immigration process for technical employees. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law, wrote an article on ERISA retaliation that was published in that journal and achieved a concentration in labor and employment law.
