David has written a series of guidebooks on basic intellectual property, advertising and marketing and franchise law, which are available on request.
David provides pro bono services to local nonprofit organizations and has served as an officer and board member of the Fairway Foundation, an organization that offers life skills and golf instruction to Twin cities area youth.
