David C. Joyslin

Attorney

David Joyslin is an attorney within Best & Flanagan’s Private Wealth Planning Section. He provides customized estate planning solutions for clients in all stages of life. David believes spending time listening to a client’s goals and objectives is critical to developing an effective estate plan. Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, David spent several years working as a trust officer for national banks located in the Twin Cities. This experience allows him to understand and advise individual and corporate trustees on the proper administration of trusts and estates.

David is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. David serves as co-editor the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is a regular presenter for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education.
