Cynthia L. Hegarty is a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice area. With a practice focusing on bankruptcy litigation and commercial collections, Cynthia serves clients such as Chapter 7 bankruptcy panel trustees and lenders. Her recent litigation experience involves trustee fraudulent conveyances and preference actions, commercial loan collection and real estate mortgage foreclosures. She also represents lenders and other creditors in commercial contractual disputes and in loan workouts. Cynthia has substantial experience working with the insurance industry. She litigates coverage disputes on behalf of both insurers and policyholders, and advises insurers regarding regulatory matters.
