Frank
Vogl is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution
practice area. His practice focuses on labor and employment
discrimination. Frank has 25 years of experience with labor
and civil rights, government agencies, and federal and state court
litigation. His clients include privately and publicly owned
companies, political subdivisions, and highly compensated executives,
with or without union represented employees.
Frank's
recent cases include District and Appellate court litigation involving
the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Minnesota Human Rights
Act, and a Minnesota Supreme Court litigation involving employer
successorship liability issues under Title 7 of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964. He counts as a significant professional accomplishment
a nationwide class action litigation under Title 7 of the Civil
Rights Act of 1964.
Frank has been named a Super Lawyer by Minnesota
Law & Politics for many years. He provides pro bono
services to clients with civil rights cases. In
his free time, he likes to golf, bicycle, hike and camp.
