Frank's recent cases include District and Appellate court litigation involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and a Minnesota Supreme Court litigation involving employer successorship liability issues under Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.   He counts as a significant professional accomplishment a nationwide class action litigation under Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
