Daniel R. Tyson is a member of the Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Lending practice areas and focuses on secured transactions, real estate, commercial lending, zoning and land use and business law.

In his practice he has represented numerous institutional state and federally chartered lenders, insurance companies, capital market securitization lenders and commercial mortgage brokers in areas of real estate mortgage and securitized financing, loan workouts, loan servicing and construction financing ranging into the multiple millions of dollars.

Dan has represented purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial real estate, including developers, schools, churches, grocery cooperatives, banks, and corporations.  He has negotiated the sale, purchase, lease, construction and financing for a variety of properties. including office/wharehouse complexes, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, apartments and condominiums.

Dan is a lecturer and writer for continuing legal education functions and various professional organizations on his areas of practice.
