Ted
practices in a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation
cases and frequently appears in district courts, appellate courts,
tribal courts, and administrative courts. He has represented
clients in matters including property liens, construction defects,
contract disputes, and employee theft. Ted is also a qualified neutral
under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
Ted provides
superior service to his clients. He represents individuals,
contractors and business clients with their diverse needs. He also
works with the Native American Law Section on various matters and
has acted as the interim Tribal Prosecutor for the Forest County
Potawatomi Community since March 2006.
