Roger Roe is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice area.   His practice focuses on medical negligence, automobile negligence, and railroad negligence involving injuries to railroad employees or third parties.   He represents plaintiffs in all matters of personal injury in Minnesota and throughout the country with specialization in product liability, medical malpractice, and Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) claims.

In his 30 years of experience in this field, Roger has brought 150 jury trials to a conclusion.   He is proud to provide assistance to individuals who have lost both their health and livelihood and who turn to the civil justice system for relief.   Recently, he resolved a case on behalf of a vulnerable adult who was abused by her attorney.   He also recently resolved a case for a client whose illness was allowed to progress for two years due to medical negligence.

Roger has lectured at many seminars involving civil trial practice.   He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers, professional organizations comprised of nationally recognized trial lawyers, and has served as President of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.   Roger has been named a Super Lawyer (1991 to present) by Minnesota Law & Politics and has been noted in The Best Lawyers in America (1991 to present) and Who's Who in American Law (1996 to present).   He is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
