Bob Maher is a member of the firm's Private Wealth Planning practice area.   His practice includes estate planning, estate administration, and trust and estate litigation.   Bob provides friendly, personalized services to individuals and families needing assistance with wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney, insurance trusts, and business succession planning.   He is also an experienced and skilled trial lawyer whose practice includes probate and trust dispute resolution, including will contests, trust construction and trustee liability litigation, and guardian/conservatorship proceedings.

Bob provides a variety of pro bono estate planning services and for several years has provided free legal services through the Hennepin County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral program.   He is a member of the Minneapolis and St. Paul Estate Planning Councils.   For the last eight years, Bob has helped to manage Best & Flanagan as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

In his free time, Bob likes to spend time with his wife Melinda, play golf, and watch his kids' baseball, hockey, and soccer games.
