Jill Laorr is a member of the firm's Public Finance Law practice area. She represents investment bankers (underwriters), cities, counties, state agencies and letter of credit banks in resolving disclosure, credit, tax and other bond issues for hospital, nursing home and other healthcare financings; college, graduate school and private high school financings; multifamily housing facility financings; student loan financings and industrial development facility financings. Jill has extensive experience on tax-exempt financings throughout the Midwest, Southwest and western United States.

Recently, Jill served as bond counsel for state agencies in connection with financings on behalf of colleges and graduate schools; she also served as bond counsel to the Minnesota agency responsible for issuing student loan bonds.   She represented underwriters, lenders and/or bond counsel in connection with financings on behalf of hospitals, nursing home and other related healthcare facilities, and in connection with financings on behalf of multifamily housing developments.   Jill also recently represented underwriters in connection with financings on behalf of industrial development facilities.

Jill volunteers for many organizations and is involved in community activities.
