Paul Kaminski
is a member of the firm's Government and Land Development Law, Real
Estate Law, and Commercial Real Estate Lending practice areas.
He acts as the firm's lateral hiring partner. He provides
a broad range of services for clients involved in a wide variety
of real estate projects, serving clients such as commercial and
condominium developers, individual investors and local and national
financial institutions.
Paul's transactions include
acquiring, selling, leasing, construction of and permanent financing
for condominiums and commercial projects. He has assisted
clients with apartments, office-warehouse and office buildings,
restaurants, shopping centers, and churches. Paul has extensive
experience in municipal real estate development approvals, including
zoning and subdivision approvals from local municipalities.
He also assists municipal clients with zoning and real estate matters.
Paul also represents local and national lenders in construction
and permanent financing transactions for condominiums, office projects,
retail centers and apartment buildings.
Paul has played an active role in community
affairs. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota
AIDS Project, PFund, ARENA Dance Company, and Headwaters Fund, and
serves as the Chancellor of St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral.
For his work, the Human Rights Campaign honored Paul with the Brian
Coyle Leadership Award.
