Patrick
Hennessy is a member of the firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy practice
areas, focusing on bankruptcy litigation and commercial collection.
Patrick serves clients such as bankruptcy trustees, banks, corporations
and individuals.
Patrick offers clients substantial experience with litigation involving
fraudulent conveyances, trustee preference actions and asset discovery
litigation. He also has substantial experience with commercial loan
collection and work out, including litigation, liquidation of collateral,
foreclosure of real estate mortgages and receiverships.
He is admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts in
Minnesota, in Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Wisconsin
and in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has argued cases before
the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals
for the 8th Circuit and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the 8th
Circuit.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971-1975.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending
time with his family. He regularly provides
pro bono work for the Southeast Minnesota Legal Advice Clinics,
assisting clients with debt issues.
