Walt Graff is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Law practice areas. His practice emphasizes purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, commercial lending, complex easements and condominium/townhouse/ cooperative projects. Walt has represented all possible parties to real estate transactions, including builders, developers, investors, owners of commercial and apartment properties, lenders, homeowner associations, individual buyers and sellers, and municipalities.

  

Recently, he has worked on a diverse range of condominium projects, including a manufacturing facility being converted to housing, an office park, a 78-unit apartment building, and a hotel-to-residential conversion. He also prepared documents for a nonprofit organization dedicated to building affordable housing.

 

Walt lectures frequently for continuing legal education and has taught courses in real estate law at the University of Minnesota Law School.
