Scott Eller
is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and
Estate Planning and Trusts practice areas. With more than
30 years of litigation experience, Scott primarily represents individuals
in personal injury, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.
He provides successful, cost-effective representation and works
closely with his clients to shape and achieve their goals.
His personal injury litigation includes negotiation, arbitration,
mediation and trial practice. In his probate and trust litigation,
he represents trustees, conservators and contestants.
Scott
balances his legal work with extensive community, civic, and family
involvement. Currently, he serves as President of a large
youth soccer club, directs a teen program at an annual Latin American
Culture Camp, and is active in several international adoption organizations.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees at his religious
institution. In addition, he has served on site councils
in the Minneapolis Public Schools for 13 years.
Scott currently serves as Best & Flanagan's
Administrative Partner. His other professional activities include
Co-Chair of the Legal Fee Arbitration Board for the Hennepin County
Bar Association for the past ten years.
