is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice
area. Kate practices in many areas of litigation, but focuses her
practice on representing individuals, employers, insurers, and businesses
in cases involving contractual, employment, and real estate disputes.
She has represented several clients in jury trials, with a majority
of those trials resulting in favorable verdicts.
Prior

Kate volunteered for a legal aid clinic in Philadelphia representing
indigent clients facing eviction proceedings.
Kate lives in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. She
serves her community by mentoring law students at the University
of St. Thomas School of Law and through her commitment to pro bono
work at Chrysalis, a local non-profit organization providing health
